Shipping is free for all orders.
We have partnered with leading logistics providers to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in the fastest and safest manner.
Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days and, depending on your location, it usually would take another 2-5 days for them to be delivered to you.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be executed on Next Business Day.
An email with shipping details would be sent to you once your order is shipped.
Product Damaged or Wrong Product Received
- If you have received the product in a damaged condition or received wrong product then please inform us within 48 hours of order delivery.
- Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and attach photos of the product / packaging so that we can see the issue clearly.
- Once we receive the email from you we will initiate the process of sending you a replacement.
- Please note that we will replace the product with the same product only and no requests for size / design / color change would be entertained.
Not Satisfied with the Product
- If you wish to return / exchange the product because it did not meet your satisfaction, then please inform us within 7 days of accepting delivery.
- Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for return. Include photographs wherever possible to support your case.
- On receiving confirmation from us, please pack the product securely including all original tags and packaging and send it through a reliable courier service like Speed Post to us at:

- Please email us the courier details so that we can track the return package from our end.
- Once we receive the product back, we will check for the reported issues and, once cleared at our end, we will process the return / exchange.
Terms of Return / Exchange
- Customized Products are not eligible for return as these have been especially made for you.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that used / washed products or products without original packaging will not be eligible for return / exchange.
- Please note that the cost of sending the product back to us would be paid by you. In exchange cases, the cost of re-sending the product to you would also need to be paid by you.
- Any Refunds approved by us would be given in the form of Discount Codes of equal value which can be used on the site for future purchases.
